Centrum Health offices and clinics will be closed in observance of the Christmas and New Year’s holidays, according to the schedule below:
Christmas: Offices and clinics will close beginning at 3 pm ET on Tuesday, December 24 and remain closed through Wednesday, December 25, 2024. All offices and clinics will re-open on Thursday, December 26, 2024.
New Year’s: Offices and clinics will close beginning at 3 pm ET on Tuesday, December 31, 2024 and remain closed through Wednesday, January 1, 2025. All offices and clinics will re-open on Thursday, January 2, 2025.
